"Call Intelligence" visualizes the advertising effectiveness of phone inquiries, providing a comprehensive view of both web and phone conversion (CV) performance. This enables businesses to measure the effectiveness of their advertising channels, identifying the most effective and efficient media for a total marketing management solution.
In addition to traditional phone performance measurement, we've implemented a system to record and analyze voice conversations, enabling a more detailed visualization of phone conversions and uncovering the true needs behind inquiries.
By combining the reliability of our carrier network with AI engines, we uncover hidden needs and optimal advertising costs for our clients.
For nearly 10 years, we've been pioneering the field of phone marketing automation, one of the most challenging areas to automate.
We will continue to develop this field and support the marketing activities of various companies.While Call Intelligence is our main product, we can propose various solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, we can offer a variety of solutions provided by Rakuten Mobile to address customer challenges. Our team consists of a diverse range of members, from middle to young professionals, creating a vibrant workplace.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our sales team and contribute immediately to the growth of our business.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients who face challenges in phone marketing automation.
You will also drive the cross-selling of our newly developed AI-powered voice analysis tool to existing Call Intelligence customers, expanding our contribution to their overall marketing efforts.
Position DetailsSales Representative - Call Intelligence
We are seeking a Sales Representative to promote "Call Intelligence," our phone analytics tool that has consistently grown in customer base and revenue for nearly 10 years.
You will be responsible for proposing our marketing support tool to the clients listed below, which visualizes the traffic source, number of calls, and call content for phone inquiries generated from various advertising channels, including web, TV commercials, and flyers.
Clients
Marketing departments of various companies, franchise headquarters management departments, web media businesses, advertising agencies, etc.
Sales Channels
Direct sales, sales agencies, referrals from within the Rakuten Group
Meeting Methods
Web conferencing (60%), in-person visits (40%)
Work Environment
Our department is structured into three groups based on the services we offer.
Each group is a small, agile team of 4-10 members, fostering a culture that prioritizes direct customer engagement and on-the-ground action.
We are a dynamic and energetic organization comprised primarily of young to mid-career professionals in their 20s to 40s, with a flat and open communication style where team members can freely and honestly share each our opinions.
Members from a wide range of generations and various backgrounds are active in the organization, regardless of whether they are new graduates or mid-career hires.
Individuals with more than 3 years of experience in sales.
Individuals with experience in IT solution sales (BtoB, problem-solving proposals).
Desired Qualifications
Experience proposing intangible IT-related products or services.
Experience in telecommunications (fixed or mobile).
Experience in marketing or advertising.
Experience in agency/partner sales.

TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
