■ポジション概要

日本のエンジニアリング組織全体(PM、機械等)を統括。技術戦略策定、J-OEMとの関係構築、新規事業開拓まで幅広くリードします。

■業務内容

・エンジニアリングチーム(複数)のリードと管理

・日本におけるエンジニアリング組織全体の監督

・組織目標達成のための技術戦略の策定と実行

・本社と連携した効率的なビジネスプロセスの確立

・国際市場向けの事業計画の策定、新規事業開拓

・J-OEMとの新規プログラム定義のサポート

■必須要件

・自動車業界での10年以上のエンジニアリング開発経験

・国内大手OEM経験3年以上

・米国本社への出張が可能な方

・国内OEMと関係構築でき、出張訪問が可能な方

・日本語(ビジネスレベル以上)、英語(TOEIC 800点目安)

・外資系サプライヤー経験5年以上(2-3年も検討可)

・5年以上のマネジメント経験(チーム10名+ or PJ 20名+)(年数・規模は応相談)

・機能安全(ISO26262) またはサイバーセキュリティ(ISO21434)の開発経験(尚可)

・電子部品の担当経験(尚可)
