【職務内容】
内部監査業務をご担当いただきます。
■ミネベアミツミグループにおける内部監査業務全般を担当(業務・会計・内部統制プロセスに関わる部門監査及び特命監査含む。往査が必要な部分は国内・海外出張有り)。
■ミネベアミツミ各部門(工場含む)、及びグループ各社(海外子会社含む)業務の管理体制評価および改善提案実施並びにフォローアップ
■監査結果に関する外部機関(監査法人等)との協議
■内部監査室長・社長・取締役会・監査役等への報告
■内部監査に関するリスクベースの監査計画策定および進捗管理
■監査手法の高度化・監査手続きの効率化
■グループ内部監査人(国内外合わせて20名弱)と連携し、監査人能力や品質の向上へ取り組み など

【必須要件】
■製造業における業務経験(目安10年以上)、または事業会社や監査法人での監査実務経験(目安3年以上)
■ビジネス英語
■月一回程度、国内外へ出張が可能な方
【歓迎要件】
・IT監査の経験
・CIA(公認内部監査人)やUSCPA(米国会計士)資格の保有
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 900 万円
