Product Counseling
製品・サービスに関する企画や仕様に対し、法令順守・リスク管理の観点から法的審査やアドバイスを実施
日本の開発チームを主にサポートし、企画~市場リリースまで法的・コンプライアンス対応をリード
法的知識のないステークホルダーに対しても明確かつ実用的なアドバイスを提供し、ビジネスの推進を支援
米国、欧州、アジアの法務チームと密接に連携
Privacy & Data
製品・サービスにおけるデータプライバシー審査やアドバイス
プライバシー関連の法令遵守体制の整備、運用
グローバルプライバシーチーム日本担当としての施策企画と導入
Online Safety
PlayStationのオンラインサービスに関する安全性向上施策について、日本担当としての法務支援
■求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像
【必須要件(MUST)】
法務業務の経験(7年以上)
日本の個人情報・プライバシー関連法規、ガイドラインに関する専門知識と実務経験(法的審査・コンプライアンス・インシデント対応等)
製品・サービスに関する法的審査の経験
MS Wordでの文書作成、Excel/Outlook/Teamsなどオフィスアプリケーションの基本操作スキル

ゲーム、家電、IT、オンラインサービス業界での経験
海外市場向け製品・サービス開発に関する経験
日本または他国の弁護士資格
海外留学または海外での勤務経験

本ポジションは、ソニーグループにおけるPlayStationビジネスを担うSIEの法務・知財・コンプライアンス部門の東京チームに所属します。
ハード・ソフト・コンテンツ・ネットワークサービスなど多岐にわたるPlayStationビジネスをグローバルに展開するSIEにおいて、法務機能は米・欧・日で構成され、全体で約170名、うち東京チームは約35名が在籍しています。
多様な年代・バックグラウンドのメンバーが在籍し、互いに尊重し合いながらオープンな雰囲気で協力・議論を重ね、日々グローバルな業務に取り組んでいます。出社(品川)と在宅勤務を組み合わせた柔軟な働き方が可能で、働きやすい環境が整っています。
