■職務内容
本ポジションは、PlayStation本体・周辺機器・PlayStation Networkのオンライン機能など、製品・サービスの企画・開発部門を法務面から支援する役割です。以下の業務をグローバルチームと連携しながら担っていただきます。
【主な業務内容】
Product Counseling
- 製品・サービスに関する企画や仕様に対し、法令順守・リスク管理の観点から法的審査やアドバイスを実施
- 日本の開発チームを主にサポートし、企画~市場リリースまで法的・コンプライアンス対応をリード
- 法的知識のないステークホルダーに対しても明確かつ実用的なアドバイスを提供し、ビジネスの推進を支援
- 米国、欧州、アジアの法務チームと密接に連携
Privacy & Data
- 製品・サービスにおけるデータプライバシー審査やアドバイス
- プライバシー関連の法令遵守体制の整備、運用
- グローバルプライバシーチーム日本担当としての施策企画と導入
Online Safety
- PlayStationのオンラインサービスに関する安全性向上施策について、日本担当としての法務支援
■求められる実務経験・スキル・人物像
【必須要件(MUST)】
- 法務業務の経験(7年以上)
- 日本の個人情報・プライバシー関連法規、ガイドラインに関する専門知識と実務経験(法的審査・コンプライアンス・インシデント対応等)
- 製品・サービスに関する法的審査の経験
- MS Wordでの文書作成、Excel/Outlook/Teamsなどオフィスアプリケーションの基本操作スキル
【歓迎要件(WANT)】
- ゲーム、家電、IT、オンラインサービス業界での経験
- 海外市場向け製品・サービス開発に関する経験
- 日本または他国の弁護士資格
- 海外留学または海外での勤務経験

- ビジネスの全体像と目的を理解し、各国関係者へ正確に情報を伝えながら、法的リスクを整理・アラインできる方
- 事実調査に基づき課題を発見し、論理的に解決策を提案・実行できる方(クリティカルシンキング・表現力・実行力を備えた方)
- 指示待ちではなく、自ら当事者意識を持って関係者を巻き込み、物事を主体的に推進できる方
■語学力 / Language Skills
- 英語:ビジネスレベル(メール、チャット、オンライン・対面会議での円滑なコミュニケーション、実務経験あり)
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル(日本語能力試験N1または同等レベルのスキル)
■組織・チーム紹介
本ポジションは、ソニーグループにおけるPlayStationビジネスを担うSIEの法務・知財・コンプライアンス部門の東京チームに所属します。
ハード・ソフト・コンテンツ・ネットワークサービスなど多岐にわたるPlayStationビジネスをグローバルに展開するSIEにおいて、法務機能は米・欧・日で構成され、全体で約170名、うち東京チームは約35名が在籍しています。
多様な年代・バックグラウンドのメンバーが在籍し、互いに尊重し合いながらオープンな雰囲気で協力・議論を重ね、日々グローバルな業務に取り組んでいます。出社(品川)と在宅勤務を組み合わせた柔軟な働き方が可能で、働きやすい環境が整っています。
