As an Associate Account Director OR Account Director, you'll be at the forefront of senior-level account leadership, delivering high-impact campaigns and strategic counsel:
Manage and lead multiple client accounts, from strategy through execution, primarily in Tech and B2B sectors
Provide strategic counsel to multinational clients on communications, brand positioning, product launches, media and influencer relations, corporate and digital comms
Handle media, content and digital programmes, including press activity, corporate announcements, product offerings, events and integrated campaigns
Work across the APAC network alongside local and regional teams, giving exposure to cross-market, multi-country campaigns
Mentor and manage account teams, ensuring quality delivery and team growth
Contribute to new business proposals, help grow the agency's footprint and support expansion initiatives
Who You Are
8+ years of PR / communications experience, ideally agency-side, with a strong background in technology or complex B2B sectors
Demonstrated experience in media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement at senior and C-suite levels in Japan
Proven track record in managing senior client relationships and delivering strategic communications programmes
Strong proficiency in Japanese and English - comfortable working in a bilingual agency serving both local and global clients
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality and strategic output
Curious, proactive, collaborative mindset, adaptable, globally minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
