- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field such as Public Affairs, Economic and International Relationships
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English is essential to support cross-market communications, client engagement, and content development across the region.
- More than 10 years of experience in public relations, integrated communications, or marketing — preferably within an agency environment
- Proven success in leading regional or multi-market client accounts with measurable business impact
