〈【AIDX推進部門】製造DX推進プロジェクトマネジメント<東京本部>< >〉

■仕事内容

製造現場のデジタル化を推進し、データに基づいたDXの土台を構築するためのプロジェクトマネジメント業務、およびその実行をお任せします。

<具体的な仕事内容>

◇製造現場の業務分析およびシステム化に伴う要件定義:

・手書き帳票や手入力されているアナログデータ(実績、NG品数量、レポート作成、設備点検記録など)の電子化・自動化推進

・製造現場のユーザーとの密接な連携を通じた、課題特定とデジタル化による解決策の立案

◇データ収集基盤の構築とBIツールによるデータの可視化・分析:

・製造現場から取得されるデータの収集基盤構築と適切な管理・運用

・BIツールなどを活用した、データ可視化・分析による製造プロセスの改善

◇DX推進プロジェクトの企画・実行・横展開:

・全社的な製造DX推進計画に基づく、ターゲット工場の選定と具体的なプロジェクト立ち上げ

・選定ツールのトライアル環境構築、検証、導入の推進

・各事業部での成功事例の全社(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【求める人材】

<必須経験>

・製造現場のDXに関するご経験: SIerご出身の方、メーカーご出身の方、いずれも歓迎。製造現場の効率化やペーパーレス化に携わったご経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験: 複数部署を巻き込み、プロジェクトを計画から実行までリードした経験

・アプリケーション開発の基礎知識: 特定のツールに限定せず、システム開発の基本的な流れや概念の理解

・円滑なコミュニケーション能力: 製造現場の従業員から経営層まで、多様な関係者と協力し、スムーズなコミュニケーションを通じて業務を推進できること

・業務改善への意欲とアイデア: 現状維持に満足せず、常に業務改善の視点を持ち、積極的に新しいアイデアを提案・実行できること

<歓迎要件>

・得意とする業務知識(製造、設計、技術、営業など)の保有

・簡単な英語でのコミュニケーション、もしくはその意欲(海外拠点との連携において英語でのコミュニケーション発生)
