【チームについて】
あなたは、グローバルのAdvanced Analyticsチームリード、Insights Generationチーム、ビジネスパートナーと密接に連携しながら業務を進めます。また、データサイエンスプロジェクトを支援する外部ベンダーとも協働します。このポジションは、患者価値の最大化を目指し、データに基づく実行可能なインサイトを提供することをミッションとしています。
【主な業務内容】
・高度な分析手法を活用し、ビジネス課題に対するインサイトを提供
・AI/分析プロジェクトの設計・実行・運用管理
・Go-to-Market領域における戦略的パートナーとしての協働
・社内外ステークホルダーとの連携による分析計画の推進
・データサイエンスコミュニティの育成と分析品質の向上
・意思決定文化の醸成と分析活用の促進
【応募資格】
・統計・数学・物理など定量分野の大学院卒(PhD尚可)
・Python、Rなどによるプログラミング経験(5年以上)
・ML、ニューラルネットなど予測モデルの実務経験(5年以上)
・製薬業界のGo-to-Market領域での分析経験
・SQLやデータベース操作、バッチ処理の自動化経験
・グローバル環境での柔軟な働き方が可能な方
