Responsibilities
各部門の予算および財務諸表の作成と分析の調整およびレビュー、管理レポートの作成、財務関連の原則と手続きに関する職員へのトレーニング、内部統制と会計プロセスの評価などを行う。
Excelやその他のアプリケーションを使用してデータを集計し、客観的な分析を行い、組織全体の生産性と成長に焦点を当てた提言を行う。
エリア内の他の部門やアメリカ教会本部とコミュニケーションを図り、情報を共有して問題解決にあたる。
エリアのコンプライアンス担当者として、データセキュリティおよびプライバシー、財務、税務、資産管理などにおいて、エリア内のすべての法人における法的、財務、税務上のコンプライアンスを確保する。常に最新の情報にアクセスし、必要に応じて法務部と連携して必要な調整、対応を行う。
割り当てを受けた場合、その委員会に所属し、プロジェクトに参加する。
Performs individual contributor functions such as coordinating and reviewing the preparation and analysis of consolidated department budgets and financial statements, preparing management reports, training staff in financial principles and department procedures, and conducting internal control reviews and accounting functions.
Uses Excel and other applications to aggregate data and conduct objective analysis and make recommendations focused on the productivity and growth of the entire organization.
Communicates and shares information with other departments within the Area and the Headquarters in the United States to solve problems.
As the Area Compliance Officer, ensure legal, financial, and tax compliance for all entities within the Area in matters such as data security and privacy, finance, tax, and asset management.
Maintain access to the most up-to-date information and, when necessary, coordinate with Area Legal Counsel to make required adjustments and take appropriate actions.
Serves in special committees or participates in special projects as assigned.Qualifications
有効な神殿推薦状を保持している方(必須)
会計、ファイナンス、ビジネスマネジメント、またはそれらに関連する分野で学士号をお持ちの方
米国公認会計士 (CPA)、米国公認管理会計士 (CMA)、経営学修士 (MBA)をお持ちの方歓迎
経理・財務・会計監査領域での実務経験を4~5年以上お持ちの方
パソコンや、表計算やデータベースなどの基本的なソフトウェアアプリケーションに習熟していること
読み書きを含めた日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方

Hold a valid temple recommend (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferably hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Four to Five years of related professional work experience
Proficient in using PCs, networks, and basic software applications including spreadsheets and databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
