■業務内容
財務分析・インサイト提供
新製品や事業計画に係る財務分析、製品別利益分析および競合分析等を通じて導き出した財務視点からのインサイトを通じて、経営層の適切な意思決定に貢献します
短期・中期事業計画策定支援
マーケティング、営業、R&D、サプライチェーンおよびサプライチェーンファイナンスと協働しながら、短期事業計画をサポートするための財務分析やシナリオ策定を行います
決算・レポーティング
マーケティング費用に関する決算・レポーティングをサポートします。マーケティング担当者へのトレーニングを通じて、タイムリーで正確な決算を実現します。また、マーケティング費用に係る貸借対照表勘定について妥当性を検証します
内部統制
マーケティング費用に関する内部統制の運用、外部監査のサポートなどを行います。

Requirements
■必須
- 3年以上のFP&Aまたはアカウンティングに係る業務経験 (多国籍企業での経験は尚可)
- 他部署を巻き込んでプロジェクトを進めるためのリーダーシップ・対人スキル
- 優れたMicrosoft Excelスキル、基本的なMicrosoft Word & Power PointスキルおよびITリテラシー
- ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーションスキル (読解・スピーキング)
- 学士号
