グローバル環境で財務分析を担当する FP&Aアナリスト
といった、ビジネスの中心で活躍いただけるポジションです。
■ 主な募集ポジション
◎ FP&A Business Partner
事業部と密に連携し、経営判断に必要な数値分析・予実管理・戦略提案を行う役割です。
FP&A または経営企画の経験を持つ方や、事業と近い距離で働きたい方にマッチします。
◎ FP&A Business Partner
財務・管理会計の基礎をお持ちで、今後FP&Aとしてキャリアを高めたい方向け。
英語は読み書きが中心で、実務レベルは入社後にキャッチアップ可能です。
◎ FP&A Analyst
グローバル環境での財務分析を担うポジション。
海外チームとのコミュニケーションも多く、実務で使える英語力が武器になります。
