The Role
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join the finance team in Japan. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that shape the company's future.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
Partner with commercial teams to support sales and marketing strategies
Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate governance standards
Your Skills:
Proven experience in FP&A within the consumer or retail industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems
Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
