I'm [CEO Name], CEO of OWNDAYS.
We are one of Asia's largest eyewear retailers, operating over 1,500 stores across 13 countries, and we are part of the Lenskart Group.
As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for a talented Senior FP&A professional to join our team in Tokyo.
This role is a key position within our Finance & Strategy function, working closely with me, our CFO, and cross-functional teams across Operations, Product Planning, Marketing, and HR.
You will play a direct role in shaping the financial strategy of our business, from budgeting and forecasting to performance analysis and strategic projects.
What You Will DoLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Analyze business performance, KPIs, and trends to provide actionable insights
Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership
Build financial models and support strategic initiatives
Partner with different teams to evaluate store expansion, product initiatives, and operational efficiency
Support process improvements and the implementation of reporting/BI tools
Who We Are Looking For
3–7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related fields
Strong analytical skills and business-level Excel proficiency
Business-level English (Japanese is a plus)
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Retail or consumer goods experience is a plus, but not required
