【ポジション概要】
R&DS(医薬品臨床開発)事業を対象にビジネスパートナーとして、売上分析・予算管理・業務効率改善・契約や請求のサポートなどを行うポジションです。
【主な業務内容】
FPA:月次管理報告プロセスを管理し、明確、簡潔、タイムリー、正確な業績分析とレポートを提供します
FPA:R&DS財務ディレクターおよびCFOの月次/四半期財務見通し、年間予算(実績目標)、中期戦略計画の策定を支援します
FPA:収益、価格設定、コストと経費、運転資本、人材リソースを予測/分析します
PFM:ファイナンスシステムに関するプロジェクトの立ち上げと請求・現金回収の適正な支援をします
PFM:収益認識の適切性を確保し、財務/SOX監査で適切なサポートを提供します
PFM:プロジェクトマネージャーとの直接コミュニケーションにより、各プロジェクトの収益性を保証します
PFM:顧客契約を読んで理解し、企業/BUのポリシーとの整合性を確保します
FPA/PFM:日本の研究開発事業に適切な意思決定支援サービスをタイムリーに提供します
FPA/PFM:財務および運用KPIの監視、傾向の分析、目標に対する逸脱の場合の是正措置の提案により、業務の成長と生産性の向上を推進します

*経験・能力に応じて、中長期計画の策定や価格設定業務も担っていただきます

・成果物と期日を明確に把握し、タスク/スケジュール管理を行うことができる
・詳細・プロセス・正確性などへのこだわりを持って仕事ができる
【求める人物像】
会計または財務の学士号(または同等の学位) をお持ちの方
FP&A、プロジェクトファイナンス、または財務報告で3年程度の専門的経験をお持ちの方
日本語:ネイティブレベル
英語:ビジネス中級 リーディング / ライティング
ITリテラシー:Excel中級レベル以上、ERP(SAP/PeopleSoft)や分析ツール(Hyperionなど)の実務使用経験をお持ちの方
