A globally renowned electronics company with a strong presence in Japan is looking to hire a Senior Finance Analyst. The company has achieved double-digit year-on-year growth and continues to expand its business, offering an exciting and dynamic environment.
The Role
Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decision-making
Prepare management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
Partner with business units to monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities
Support month-end closing activities and variance analysis
Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives
Your Skills
Strong experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles
Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance drivers
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
