北米/欧州の顧客向けに特殊ケーブル・チューブを販売するための営業活動をご担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
■訪問先:アメリカ・イギリスの現地法人、工業製品メーカー、医療機器メーカーの購買・技術部門
■担当製品:既に海外売上40%を誇る医療向け製品、世界一の伝送速度を誇る情報通信用ケーブルを主力製品としており、他にも医療用プローブケーブルやカテーテル用チューブなど
■組織:北米・欧州向け/アジアの2チームに分かれている組織です。別途、中国・アメリカ・イギリスに現地法人があります。
■入社後の研修について:製品知識を身に付けて頂くために、入社後数か月に渡り、製品研修を開発拠点(笠間オペレイションズセンターなど)にて実施。その後はご経験・スキルに合わせて、営業活動を行って頂きます。
【海外との携わり方】
■出張や駐在について:年に数回の展示会に参加するタイミングで、出張に行っていただきます。駐在はリーダー候補の方が1~2年間目安に現地法人に駐在をするケースが多いです。

■アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、東南アジア等への工業製品の海外営業経験※業界不問
■ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(TOEIC800点以上目安)
┗海外現地法人責任者・アソシエイトと英語でのコミュニケーションを予定
■チームマネジメントの経験
■カスタマイズ製品の営業経験
