Offshore Wind Power Facility Design and Advisory Services

Responsibilities:
- Provide design and advisory services for offshore wind power facilities.
Purpose:
We are looking for a capable and independent individual to join our multi-disciplinary team in Tokyo office. The position will focus on the design and advisory of offshore wind farms.
Relationships:
- The successful candidate will report to the Tokyo Office Offshore Wind Leader.
- You will work closely with a team consisting of a Senior Engineering Consultant, an Engineering Consultant, and a Graduate Engineering Consultant.
KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Knowledge and practical experience in structural design, especially in offshore structures.
- Knowledge and practical experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Experience of working in English on projects where you will be working remotely and with multi-national teams.
- (Preferred) Japanese proficiency: business or native/bilingual.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary will be offered based on your ability, experience and current salary.
Overtime work allowance, Commuting allowance.
Salary review once a year.
Profit share twice a year.
Termination benefits available.
Working hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Break time is 60 minutes).
Probationary period: 6 months.
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays prescribed by Japanese law, Year-end and new year holidays, Annual paid leave, Sick leave, Special leave, Citizen-judge leave system, Childcare leave system, Nursing care leave system.
