Experience collecting, synthesizing, and documenting requirements for enterprise software solutions. Experience creating User Requirements Specifications, Requirements Traces Matrix, user stories, and flow diagrams. Broad knowledge of relevant technologies and implications in the delivery of scientific solutions. Proven experience delivering in a matrix, global environment, across internal and external resources. Understanding of SDLC, Quality and IT processes in the context of delivering and supporting validated systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, integrity, and credibility. Results focused, with a demonstrated track record of getting things done. Attention to detail and a concern for quality. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Collaborative, initiates and facilitates communications and relevant information sharing, and works with different functions to achieve the best outcomes. Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate communications with global team. Able to innovate and bring ideas forward and advance issues and risks in a positive way. Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, IS, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in software technical and business analysis with medium and large customers in various roles such as business analyst, consultant, or implementation lead for enterprise solutions in the laboratory sciences industry. Proven success as a key participant, lead, or manager of technology consulting engagements.
