Job Title: MEP Design/Engineering/Consulting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP design/engineering/consulting professional to join our Building Engineering Team in Tokyo office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the MEP design/engineering/consulting practice of projects, working closely with clients and other teams such as Structural and Façade engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Ledding the MEP design/engineering/consulting practice of projects including offices, museums, halls, sports facilities, hotels, and data centers;
• Collaborating with other teams such as Structural and Façade engineering teams;
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A good understanding of basic technical requirements in electrical equipment design/engineering or mechanical equipment design/engineering, with at least 3 years' experience of working in Japan;
• Native or equivalent in Japanese language skills;
• Be willing to take on new challenges, work proactively with our overseas offices, and communicate in English.
