デジタルプロダクト推進課では、お客様起点でニーズに応えるソリューションを企画・デザイン・開発し、次世代のクルマの価値となるデジタルプロダクトのユーザー体験をより良くし続けていきます。

職務内容
【業務内容】

UXの向上を目的として、車内体験・顧客価値の企画を行い、最新のデジタルテクノロジーを活用して製品開発の技術戦略への落とし込みをおこないます。

その中で、プロジェクトマネージャーとして、企画・開発メンバーをリードし、プロトタイプによるフィジビリ検証~リリースまで推進いただきます。

・車内空間を含めたユーザービリティ市場動向・ユーザー調査

・上記に基づくUXのコンセプト企画立案・ロードマップの策定

・PoC検証による価値受容性および実現手法の検討

・各設計部門への仕様提案・フィードバック

・北米拠点のUXリサーチャー

・各地域の事業部やソフトウェア開発部門

・車両デザインセンター事業部含む関連部門

・プロダクト開発におけるマネジメントご経験(PMP保有者歓迎)

・システム開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメントご経験(PMP保有者歓迎)

・アジャイル開発プロセスへの知見

・UX/UIデザインに関する知見や実務経験

◆歓迎:

・ソフトウェア開発のプロセスに精通し、アジャイル開発やDevOpsの実務経験

・イノベーションとテクノロジーへの強い関心と理解

・英語による円滑なコミュニケーション能力

◆資格・スキル:

待遇

590万円~1,090万円(時間外勤務手当30時間/月含む)
