■ Responsibilities / 職務内容
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, data engineers, domain experts) to design effective AI solutions
Communicate technical concepts and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Develop and test Generative AI solutions aligned with project requirements
Train and fine-tune models using Python; perform accuracy validation
Prepare project documentation and reports as required

■ Must Requirements / 必須要件
More than 5 years of technical experience in IT-related fields, including a minimum of 2 years of AI/ML model development using Python. (including LLM fine-tuning and RAG implementation)
Experience in conducting technical discussions in Japanese.
Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and model validation
Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
最低2年以上のPythonを使用したAI/MLモデル開発の実務経験(LLMのファインチューニングやRAGの実装)を含む、IT関連分野での5年以上の技術的経験
日本語で技術的なディスカッションを行った経験
