【Role Summary】

Product launch targeted for 〜2025.8 across Japan, Korea, and the U.S. This role ensures cross-border execution readiness toward launch.

  • Korea-related operations: Coordinate KR partners and vendors, align with local requirements, and adapt schedules and deliverables to KR market norms.

The
Global Project Manager (AI)
will lead and coordinate Xinobi's
international R&D, PoC, and partnership projects
across Japan, Korea, and the U.S.

This role acts as the
cross-border execution hub
, managing schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables for AI development and collaboration projects.

You will work closely with researchers, engineers, and business leaders to ensure seamless alignment between
technical implementation and strategic goals
, driving projects from concept to launch.

【Responsibilities】

  • Lead and manage
    global R&D / PoC / partnership projects
    across multiple regions (Japan, Korea, U.S.)
  • Oversee
    schedule, resource allocation, and risk management
    for all active projects
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and research institutions on contractual and operational matters
  • Bridge research and business functions through
    requirements definition, implementation, evaluation, and launch
  • Collaborate with AI / engineering teams (LLM, Agent, Data) to align technical milestones with business priorities
  • Define and track
    KPI metrics
    such as milestone adherence, project velocity, and communication lead time
  • Facilitate effective cross-border communication, documentation, and governance practices
  • Report progress, risks, and outcomes to executives and key stakeholders
  • Manage international collaboration logistics, including language, time zone, and cultural alignment

【Required Qualifications (MUST)】

  • Proven experience as a
    Project Manager or PMO
    for software or AI-related projects
  • Strong track record in
    project planning, resource management, and risk control
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (meetings, documentation, negotiation)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in startups or venture companies, or strong comfort driving fast-paced projects and operations.

【Preferred Qualifications (WANT)】

  • Korean language proficiency for KR stakeholder management
  • Experience managing
    international or cross-border projects
    (U.S., APAC, or EU)
  • Background in
    tech enterprises or major platforms
    as PdM, Engineering Manager, or PMO
  • Understanding of
    AI / LLM / R&D workflows
    (PoC to production deployment)
  • Working knowledge of
    legal, financial, and security frameworks
    in cross-border operations
  • Experience managing external vendors, research partners, or technical alliances
  • Strong
    multi-cultural leadership and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with KPI management (e.g., milestone completion rate, global comms lead time)

グローバル・プロジェクトマネージャーは、Xinobiの
国際R&Dプロジェクトや技術提携案件を統括・推進するPMOロール
です。

日本・韓国・米国の複数拠点にまたがる研究開発・PoC・業務提携をリードし、

開発・研究・ビジネスの間をつなぐ
クロスボーダー実行ハブ
として、プロジェクト全体をマネージします。

技術的理解・契約実務・チームマネジメントを兼ね備え、

AIプロジェクトの
スピードと品質の両立をグローバル視点で実現
していただきます。
*全ての業務を担っていただくというよりは、ビジネスパートナーと関係性を構築し、共に協業してビジネスを推進していただきたいと考えております。

【主な業務内容】

  • 日韓米を中心としたグローバルR&D/PoCプロジェクトの進行管理
  • 各国チームのスケジュール、リソース、リスクの統合的マネジメント
  • 海外パートナー・研究機関・開発ベンダーとの契約実務・成果物調整
  • プロジェクトの要件定義 → 実装 → 評価 → ローンチまでの全工程の推進
  • 技術開発チーム(LLM/エージェント/データ)と事業サイドをつなぐブリッジ業務
  • KPI/マイルストーンの設計・運用・進捗モニタリング
  • クロスボーダー環境でのコミュニケーション設計とドキュメンテーション整備
  • リスク・課題管理(文化・時差・契約・技術的依存リスク含む)
  • 経営陣へのレポーティングおよび意思決定支援

【必須要件(MUST)】

  • ソフトウェア開発またはAI関連プロジェクトの
    PM/PMOとしての実務経験
  • プロジェクト計画・リソース配分・リスク管理に関する実行力
  • グローバル環境での英語によるコミュニケーション能力(会議・議事録・契約連携)
  • ステークホルダーを巻き込み、チームを横断して進行を推進できるリーダーシップ
  • スタートアップ、ベンチャー経験のある方。もしくはスピード感を持ったPJ、業務推進に抵抗のない方。

  • 韓国語:KRステークホルダー対応が可能だと尚可
  • テック大手・ビッグプラットフォーマーでの
    PdM/Eng Mgmt/PMO経験
  • AI/LLM/R&D領域の理解(PoC〜本番化プロセスのマネジメント経験があれば尚可)
