【Role Summary】

Product launch targeted for 〜2025.8 across Japan, Korea, and the U.S. This role will drive GTM readiness for these markets.

Korea market involvement: Plan and execute KR-localized campaigns, ensure regulatory and cultural fit, and coordinate with KR partners and media.

As
Global Marketing Manager
, you will lead Xinobi's global marketing initiatives for our Personal AI products (
Buddy OS / Memory OS
), overseeing brand, GTM strategy, growth, and communications across markets in
Japan, Korea, the U.S., and Europe
.

Rather than promoting single features, you will help define the
Personal AI
category itself — creating an emotional, cultural, and product-driven connection between technology and people.

You'll work cross-functionally across Product, Growth, Design, and PR to
build and scale the narrative, community, and adoption of Personal AI worldwide.

【Responsibilities】

Global Go-to-Market Strategy

-Plan and execute annual marketing strategies and quarterly OKRs

-Lead launch and campaign execution in multiple regions (JP/KR/US/EU)

-Design launch plans and positioning in collaboration with PMM and Product

Brand & Positioning

-Define the brand architecture and messaging framework for the
Personal AI
category

-Build narrative consistency across regions and audiences

-Develop brand tone, voice, and creative guidelines for corporate and product brands

Product Marketing (PMM)

-Define use cases, pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning

-Collaborate with Product, CS, and Sales teams to ensure market fit and adoption

-Communicate product updates through release notes, blogs, and webinars

Content & PR

-Create thought-leadership content (blogs, white papers, case studies)

-Build relationships with media, analysts, and KOLs

-Drive global PR, co-marketing campaigns, and joint announcements

Growth Marketing

-Oversee website strategy, SEO, performance marketing, and landing page optimization

-Manage CRM and lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app)

-Analyze performance using funnel, cohort, attribution, and ROI frameworks

Community & Ecosystem Development

-Build and engage user and developer communities through events, hackathons, and ambassador programs

-Lead co-marketing partnerships with platform and technology partners

-Promote developer adoption of SDKs and APIs

Localization Strategy

-Establish editorial and language guidelines across English, Japanese, and Korean

-Ensure brand consistency, terminology alignment, and translation quality

【Required Qualifications (MUST)】

  • 5+ years
    of experience in
    Global Marketing or Product Marketing (PMM)
    within software, AI, or tech domains
  • Business fluency in
    English
    and either
    Japanese or Korean
    (native/bilingual level in one is preferred)
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Amplitude, etc.) and attribution modeling
  • Proven ability in KPI design and campaign performance tracking (Lead → MQL → SQL → ARR)
  • Experience working with multicultural, cross-functional teams
  • Experience in startups or venture companies, or strong comfort driving fast-paced projects and operations.

【Preferred Qualifications (WANT)】

  • Experience in
    strategy development, media/analyst relations, or long-form content creation
    in English
  • Hands-on experience with
    developer ecosystem marketing, SDK promotion, or community management
  • Experience in
    category design
    or thought leadership positioning

    AI, SaaS, or platform businesses

【必須要件(MUST)】
