職務目的

• 担当本部における傷害・医療保険部所管商品の推進・維持・管理にかかわる戦略、戦術等の立案および実行
• 増収施策の完遂を目的とした推進サポート
• アンダーライティング業務、収益・損害率管理、および維持・改善計画の実施
• 開発新商品の販売促進、営業現場での普及、推進、教育・指導業務

職責

• 傷害保険および医療保険の引受権限を委譲された立場で全国7地域事業本部のいずれかに駐在し、本社施策の推進や問題解決のための取り組みについてリードする。所属本部の社員および代理店・扱者に対し、傷害保険および医療保険の商品の優位性や販売手法、適切な引受方針等について教育を行っていく。
• 所属本部のプロダクティビティを最大化するための戦略を企画・立案し、実行責任者として販売推進や案件相談、アンダーライティング業務を迅速かつ適切に遂行する。
• 専門的知識、周辺知識、顧客の課題解決に必要な知識を活用し、同職種の範となる水準で業務を遂行する。
• 質の高い情報分析力、プレゼンテーションスキル、交渉力、コミュニケーション力を有し、業務において存在価値を発揮する。
• 周囲のサポートを受けながら、リーダーシップを発揮して業務を遂行する。
• 入社後本社部門で研修を実施した後、地域事業本部に駐在し、OJTを経て業務を担当する。(業務経験に応じる)
