GPA(グループ傷害、業務災害)ビジネスにおける収保・収益を最大化すべく、商品企画および販売推進および維持管理の担当

• 中小企業・中堅企業の補償制度に係わる新商品開発企画および販売促進、普及、推進
• 販売戦略の企画・実施(予算策定を含む)
• 募集文書の作成、管理
• 研修資料の作成、トレーニングの実施

職責(Job Responsibilities)

• 新商品の発売に際して適切なリリースプランの策定・実行
• 収益性改善に向けた商品販売につながる推進企画・実行
• 他商品部門との連携による、戦略と商品販売戦略の実行
• 推進施策実行に向けてディストリビューションとの調整および確定
• 付帯サービスおよび関連サービスの管理および新サービス企画・開発
• 販売促進資料の作成および教育
• 募集文書作成・審査・管理
• プロダクト、システムの改廃の提案
• 商品増収プランに向けた代理店チャネル推進サポート

• 大学卒業以上

• 法人分野での営業経験、販売促進、教育経験
• 高い顧客サービス意識とビジネスプロセスの十分な理解
• ビジネスレベルのPCスキル
• プレゼンテーションスキル
• 主体的な行動力、オーナーシップ
• 情報収集力、分析力、交渉力、コミュニケーション力
• 新しい取り組みをリード・推進する能力
• マルチタスクを前向きにこなす精神力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力があることが望ましい

業務経験

• 保険または金融業界における5年以上の実務経験

(法人営業、商品開発業務、法人損害サービスいずれかの経験があることが望ましい)

• 課題解決にむけた企画提案・実行経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 管理職(形態にかかわらず人材を管理した)経験があれば尚可
