メルカリでは、私たちのカルチャー(企業文化)指針を示すCulture Docの中で、新卒採用を「中長期的な視点で新卒メンバーを採用し育成することを、会社の重要な文化とする」と位置づけています。
私たちは新卒メンバーを、将来のメルカリの事業や組織を牽引する「経営幹部候補」として迎えます。そのため現在は、規模を追うだけでなく、真にカルチャーにマッチし変革を起こせるポテンシャルを持つ人材の採用を行っています。
2017年に新卒採用を開始してから現在まで、エンジニアを中心に国内外の優秀なタレントを求め、大胆に採用活動を進めてきました。近年では、プロダクトマネージャーやデータアナリスト、デザイナー等、新卒採用における募集職種を大きく拡大しています。
新卒採用チームは、新卒採用活動を主体的かつ大胆にリードします。国内外を問わず、メルカリを牽引する人材を獲得するためには、これまでの採用手法や常識を疑い、 あらゆる手段を駆使するマインドと高いプロジェクトマネジメントスキルが求められます。 適切な人材のスカウト、企業説明会の開催、人材エージェントとの協働など、母集団形成からクロージングまで一貫して担当します。

*業務内容*
- 事業戦略に基づいた、メルカリグループ全体の新卒採用戦略のプランニング・実行
- 国内外の人材獲得に向けたプロモーション活動(イベント企画・運営、ダイレクトソーシング、各大学や関連の団体との連携等の手法に加え、既成概念にとらわれず、メルカリの持つあらゆるアセットと多様なチャネルを最大限に活用し、Go Boldなアプローチを企画・実行)
- 社内外パートナーとの関係構築・連携をリードし効果的な採用活動を推進
- インターンシッププログラムの企画・運営・改善
- 内定者フォローアップおよびオンボーディング部門との連携
- 書類選考、面接、進捗管理、オファー、クロージングなど一連の採用業務

- 私たちが探しているのは、将来のメルカリを牽引しうる「経営幹部候補」です。こうした高いポテンシャルを持つ学生は、市場においても希少な存在です。だからこそ、待ちの姿勢ではなく、ダイレクトソーシングや現場を巻き込んだ企画など、攻めのアプローチが不可欠です。 未来のリーダーを見極め、口説き、採用するプロセスは難易度が高いですが、その分、組織へのインパクトと貢献をダイレクトに感じられるポジションです。
- フリマアプリ『メルカリ』だけでなく、Fintech領域の『メルペイ』『メルコイン』、さらに新規事業など、多岐にわたる事業ドメインと成長フェーズにある組織の新卒採用に携わることができます。グループ全体の戦略を理解し、それぞれの事業特性に応じた採用課題に取り組む経験を積むことができます。
- メルカリには「採用活動は採用担当だけがコミットするのではなく、メンバー全員がコミットする」というカルチャーがあるため、現場のチームを巻き込んだ大胆な施策の提案や実行ができます。
- 直近メルカリの入社者の約50%が外国籍のメンバーで構成されており、国内だけでなく世界を舞台にした採用を実施しております。これまで、アメリカ、フランス、インド、ASEAN等の諸外国に赴き、現地採用を実施するなど、グローバルという観点でもチャレンジングな機会があります。
