職務目的(Job Purpose)
◆企業ビジネス分析部のミッション
- グループ傷害保険・賠償保険・企業火災保険・経営保険・海上保険・スペシャリティ保険の各保険ビジネスの成長と収益の最大化をデータ面でサポートすること
- 上記に関連した様々なデータ分析を行いレポーティングすること
- 分析結果をマネジメントに報告するのみならず、経営の意思決定をデータの側面でサポートすること
職責(Job Responsibilites)
◆主な業務
- 予算作成(単年度・中長期計画)のサポート
- 上記達成のKPI策定およびモニタリング
- 企業向けビジネスの経営全般に関わるデータ分析および提案
- 分析用データベース(DWH etc.)やBIツール(Power BI etc.)を用いたデータ作成・分析
- マネジメント層への、データ分析を用いた提案や意思決定のサポート

- Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Division Group PA / Casualty / Commercial Property / Financial Lines / Marine Departments

最終学歴
- 学士号または同等の学位(財務、会計、数学科等関連学部であれば好ましい)
