アラガン・エステティクス・ジャパンのビジネス デベロップメント マネージャー(ボディ・コントゥアリング担当)は、ボディ・コントゥアリング製品ビジネスの成長を推進する責任を担います。戦略的な販売施策の実行、主要顧客の管理、日本全国での市場拡大に注力します。本ポジションでは、美容クリニックや美容医療チェーンなどの潜在顧客の発掘と攻略、医療従事者やステークホルダーとの強固な関係構築、交渉やプレゼンテーションを通じて新たなビジネス機会の獲得を担当します。また、市場トレンドのモニタリング、顧客教育や製品導入を支援するための社内チームとの連携、正確な販売予測の提供、企業ポリシーおよび規制の遵守も求められます。
主な職務と責任:
- ボディ・コントゥアリング製品のビジネス目標達成に向けた販売戦略の策定および実行
- 美容クリニックや美容医療チェーンクなどの潜在顧客の発掘、アプローチ、交渉
- 医療従事者やステークホルダーとの強固な関係の構築および維持
- 取引交渉、プレゼンテーション、製品デモンストレーションを通じて新たなビジネス機会を推進
- キーアカウントの管理と育成を通じて、高い満足度、維持率、成長を実現
- 市場トレンド、競合他社の活動、顧客ニーズを定期的に分析し、販売戦略を最適化
- マーケティング、トレーニング、メディカル等と部門横断的に連携し、顧客教育や製品導入を支援
- 正確な販売予測の作成、パフォーマンス報告、ビジネス計画のためのインサイトの提供
- 企業ポリシーおよび業界規制の遵守
資格
学歴および経験:
- 学士号以上(ビジネス、科学、または関連分野が望ましい)
- 営業・新規顧客開拓・キーアカウントマネジメントにおける豊富な経験(ヘルスケア、美容医療、医療機器領域が望ましい)
- キーアカウントマネジメントおよびセールスにおける実績
- 優れた交渉、プレゼンテーション、コミュニケーションスキル
- 独立して業務を遂行し、複数の優先事項を管理する能力
- 日本語:ネイティブレベル(英語力はあれば尚可)
- 国内出張に対応可能
