旅行事業部門 事務・サポート職(障がい者採用)

旅行事業部門ではカード会員様にトラベル・ライフスタイルサービスを提供しています。コールセンターで旅行やライフスタイル・サービスの手配をするスタッフをサポートするお仕事として、手配に関連するベンダーへの問い合わせ・確認作業、精算処理・領収書作成などの事務対応、その他事務・サポート業務を担当いただき、チーム一丸となってカード会員様の思い出に残る旅行・ライフスタイルのお手伝いorサポートをしていただきます。

ご経歴・スキル・希望にあわせて下記いずれかのお仕事をご担当いただきます。

【事務職 (カスタマー・フロント・サポート)】

・ 精算処理や領収書作成

・ベンダーとの電話対応

・支払・請求・返金などに関わるデータの照合作業

・その他事務・サポート業務

【英語サポート職(トラベル・オペレーション・サポート)】

・ホテル、レストラン、航空会社等へ空き確認や予約、情報の問い合わせ ※主に電話・メール

・その他ベンダーへの連絡・確認

・国内外の社内チームとの連携

・その他サポート業務

応募条件

・基本的な事務経験(旅行業界未経験OK)

・パソコンスキル(MOS(Word、Excel)など)

・様々なシステムを使用しながらマルチタスクに業務を進められる方

・正確で迅速なデータ処理ができる方

・英語サポート職では英語力必須(※読み書き・会話)

・障がい者手帳を所有していること

歓迎スキル

・旅行・ホテル・航空会社での経験(手配、調整、カスタマーサポートなど)

・事務職のみ、経理・支払い関係の業務経験

■勤務地:東京本社:東京都港区虎ノ門4-1-1 東京ワールドゲート神谷町トラストタワー内

■勤務形態: 契約社員(6か月契約)

※業務姿勢・習熟度・勤怠実績を鑑みて契約更新の可能性あり

■給与:経験・スキルを考慮の上、決定いたします

※別途残業代全額支給 

※試用期間中も給与に変更はございません

※交通費全額支給(公共交通機関利用分のみ)

■勤務時間: 週37時間勤務(勤務時間7~7.5時間/日+休憩時間1時間)

■休日・休暇:

完全週休2日制<年間休日120日>
