職務概要/
Role Overview****
プロダクトコミュニケーション担当として、技術チームとユーザーを繋ぐ架け橋の役割を担っていただきます。複雑なプロダクト機能や技術的なアップデート、API構造などを、正確かつ分かりやすいドキュメントへと落とし込むことがミッションです。社内ステークホルダーおよび外部クライアントが、プロダクトを円滑に理解し活用できる環境を構築します。

As a Product Communication Specialist, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and our users. Your mission is to translate complex product features, technical updates, and API structures into clear, accessible, and user-friendly documentation. You will ensure that both internal stakeholders and external clients have a seamless experience understanding and utilizing our product suite.

業務詳細/
Key Responsibilities****

• ドキュメント管理: 製品マニュアル、インストールガイドの作成・編集および管理
• テクニカルライティング: 開発者や技術パートナー向けに、APIドキュメントの作成・管理
• リリースノート作成::プロダクトのアップデートごとに、新機能やバグ修正を分かりやすくまとめたリリースノートの作成・配信
• 部門間連携:エンジニアリングチームやプロダクトマネジメントチームと密に連携し、正確な技術情報の収集と精査
• 社内外コミュニケーション: 製品のアップデートやユーザビリティ向上に関する情報を、社内(営業・サポート等)および社外へ適切に周知
• Documentation Management: Author, edit, and maintain high-quality product manuals, installation guides.
• Technical Writing: Create and manage API documentation to support developers and technical partners.
• Release Management: Draft and distribute clear, concise release notes for every product update, highlighting new features and updates.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to gather technical requirements and ensure information accuracy.
• Communication Strategy: Manage internal updates to keep the sales and support teams informed of product changes and usability improvements.

必要な資格やスキル / Qualifications And Skills
必須条件/ Required qualifications

• 語学力:日本語ネイティブレベル(記述・スピーキング)、英語日常会話レベル
• 経験:ソフトウェア/IT業界におけるテクニカルライティング、プロダクトコミュニケーション、またはそれに準ずる業務経験 2年以上
• 技術的素養:ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル(SDLC)、および技術用語を理解できる能力
• ソフトスキル::細部へのこだわり、複雑な概念を簡潔に説明する能力、および高いプロジェクト管理能力
• Language Skills: Native Japanese (written and verbal) and Business-level English.
• Experience: 2+ years in technical writing, product communication, or a related role within the software/IT industry.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to understand software development lifecycles (SDLC), and technical terminology.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to simplify complex concepts, and strong project management skills.

歓迎条件/ Nice To Have Qualifications

• Jira、Confluenceまたはドキュメント管理ツール(Zendesk, ReadMe等)の使用経験
• UXライティングやインストラクショナルデザインの知見
• APIの構造業務経験
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and other project management tools.
• Understanding of API Structures.
• Background in UX writing or instructional design.

• 詳細:月次給:375,001 円~ 500,001 円 基本給 277,457 円+固定残業代 [45時間分] 97,544 円 ~ 基本給 369,943 円+固定残業代 [45時間分] 130,058 円 ※45時間を超える時間外労働分については、別途割増賃金を支給します ※基本給は経験・能力に応じ決定いたします ※交通費別途支給
