Your Impact
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the face of the Splunk brand, introducing our solutions to prospective customers and accelerating your sales career. You'll work closely with our sales organization and clients, primarily from our Tokyo office, to identify and engage new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include proactively reaching out to target accounts, qualifying leads, and coordinating appointments between prospects and account executives. By building strong customer relationships and leveraging various communication channels, you will drive demand and contribute directly to Splunk's growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deepen your understanding of Splunk solutions and play a key part in our success.
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a related function within the IT industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese (native level).
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and maintain high ethical standards.
• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to commute to the Tokyo office (no mandatory in-office days; attendance is voluntary).
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience creating prospect lists by researching customer information via web or social media.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to set and exceed achievable goals.

Business Development Representative(以下、BDR)としての営業キャリアを飛躍的に向上させる絶好の機会です。現在、当社ではデマンドジェネレーションチームの一員として活躍いただける、中堅キャリアレベルのBDRを募集しています。
このポジションは、東京のオフィスを拠点とした、営業組織とお客様と密接に連携する重要な役割を担います。具体的には、担当営業がターゲットとしている新規顧客に対し、架電やメールを通じてSplunkソリューションへの関心や購買意欲を確認し、案件として営業に引き渡すことが主な業務です。
そのため、優れた口頭および文章でのコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、Splunkソリューションについて深く学ぶ意欲がある方を求めています。
・Responsibilities
あなたは、顧客とのコミュニケーションを通じて、潜在顧客・見込み顧客を適切に判断し、案件情報や顧客ニーズをヒアリングした後、営業担当者とアポイントメントを調整します。
以下が主な業務内容です。
ー営業担当者と定期的にSync. アカウント戦略や優先順位などを共有・調整する。
ー見込み顧客に対し、電話やメール、SNSなどを活用してアプローチを実施する。
ー見込み顧客の予算・決裁権・ニーズ・導入時期を特定。お客様の適格性を確認する。
ーマーケティングリードやWeb・SNSの公開情報を活用して商談依頼を遂行する。
ー戦略上優先度の高い顧客に対して率先して中長期的な関係構築を行う。
ー積極的にチームの学習機会に参加し、自己成長につなげる。
ー見込み顧客との会話概要を記録し、所属部門や役職名などの情報を更新する
・Requirements
ーIT業界で5年以上のSDR・BDR、またはそれに関連する業務の実務経験があること。
ー高い倫理観と道徳観を持ち、人間関係の構築が得意であること。
ー口頭および文章での優れたコミュニケーションスキルを有すること。
ー日本語が母国語レベルであること、英語が堪能であればなお望ましい。
ーダイナミックな環境下でマルチタスク・優先順位付け・時間管理を効率的に行えること。
ー優れた問題解決能力を有すること。
ー自発的かつ前向きな姿勢で、意欲を持って業務に取り組めること。
ー達成可能な目標を設定し、それを達成・上回る能力があること。
ーCRMの使用経験があること。Salesforceの経験があればなお望ましい。
ー顧客情報をWebやSNSから調査し、アプローチリストを作成した経験ーあること。
ー東京オフィスへの通勤が可能であること(※必須出勤日は無し。任意出社)。
