<職務内容>

①事務職

・書類対応(内容不備確認、開封・スキャン、発行、整理・処理等)

・データ入力・管理、データ化処理など

・その他、配属部門に応じた事務業務

②サポート業務

・資料作成管理

・データ管理・分析

・経理関連処理

・その他、配属チームに応じたチームサポート業務

応募資格・・・部門や職位に関係なく、当社で活躍するために大事なスキルは以下の通りです。


•    マイクロソフト(Outlook, Word、Excel、Powerpoint)の基本的なスキル(ExcelスキルはPivotやAccess、関数を使用したデータ整理経験などがあれば尚良)


•    ビジネスレベルのタイピングスピード


•    円滑なコミュニケーションスキル


•    関係法令、社内ルールを遵守しながら処理を行う業務の正確さ


•    チームプレイヤーであること


•    最後までやり遂げる責任感


•    作業手順や業務ルールの変更への対応性


•    作業を分析・改善し、問題解決する能力


•    日本語での効果的な口頭・書面によるコミュニケーション能力(外国籍の場合、日本語能力試験N1相当)


•    障がい者手帳を取得している/取得予定の方

東京本社:東京都港区虎ノ門4-1-1 東京ワールドゲート神谷町トラストタワー内

※職種・配属チームによってハイブリッド勤務とオンサイト勤務(週5出社)の勤務形態があります

■勤務形態:
契約社員(6か月契約)

■給与
:経験・スキルを考慮の上、決定いたします

※別途残業代全額支給 

※試用期間中も給与に変更はございません

※交通費全額支給(公共交通機関利用分のみ)

■勤務時間
: 週37時間勤務(勤務時間7~7.5時間/日+休憩時間1時間)

※職種・配属チームによって固定時間勤務、シフト勤務、フレックス勤務があります

※時短勤務を希望する場合は応募の上ご相談ください。

■休日・休暇

完全週休2日制<年間休日120日>
