Perfeos is a high-performance global firm at the forefront of advertising and e-commerce. To maintain our rapid pace of innovation, our CEO requires a world-class Sr. Personal and Executive Assistant.

This role is highly focused on personal assistance and lifestyle management. You will be the primary guardian of the CEO's time, energy, and personal infrastructure, ensuring that both their private life and professional obligations operate with 100% seamlessness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lifestyle & Personal Management: Act as the lead for all personal logistics, including household management, private travel, health/wellness scheduling, and personal financial administration.
  • Executive Gatekeeping: Manage a complex calendar and filter all incoming communications to ensure the CEO is focused only on high-priority items.
  • High-Touch Coordination: Handle travel booking, dining, and planning with meticulous attention to detail and personal preference.
  • Business Support: Oversee strategic initiatives, track project progress across teams, and prepare high-level documents and correspondence in English.
  • Confidentiality: Operate as a trusted confidant, handling sensitive personal and professional information with absolute discretion.

Qualifications

  • Residency: Currently residing in Japan with valid work authorization (Mandatory).
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency. Native or professional-level English is essential. Japanese proficiency is strongly preferred for managing local Tokyo-based logistics and vendors.
  • Experience: Senior-level experience as a PA or EA, ideally supporting high-net-worth individuals or executives in fast-paced industries (Media, E-commerce, Ad-tech).
  • Operational Excellence: Strong project management skills and the ability to "think three steps ahead."
  • Flexibility: Availability to provide 24/7 support as necessary to accommodate global time zones and urgent personal needs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
