  • 個人傷害保険分野における商品の開発・改定・推進・管理業務
  • 個人傷害保険分野における付帯サービスの開発・改定・推進・管理業務
  • 個人傷害保険に関わる新規団体、パートナーシップビジネスの提案・開拓
  • マーケットおよび他社動向の調査、競合商品の分析・評価
  • 収益・損害率管理、および維持・改善計画の実施
  • 合理的な意思決定を導き出すためのデータ分析
  • 販売促進業務、研修資料の作成・トレーニング
  • デジタルプラットフォームを活用した募集業務効率化の計画立案・実行
  • 募集文書の審査・管理業務

職責(Job Responsibilities)

  • 個人傷害商品の開発、改定、廃止、商品内容の企画・立案
  • 商品開発・改定時等のビジネスケース、要件定義の作成およびUATの実施
  • システム部門等関連部門とのコミュニケーション、要件確定に向けた調整
  • 新規団体、パートナービジネスの戦略企画・立案・実行
  • ブローカー、代理店、営業店と連携したマーケット開発
  • 新規付帯サービスの戦略企画・立案・実行
  • デジタルツールの作成・管理
  • 募集文書の作成・審査・管理
  • 研修資料等のツール作成、トレーニング
  • 日常業務におけるグループリーダーの補佐およびスタッフの指導・育成
