【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

当社が展開する物流DXプラットフォーム『ロジGo』および関連ソリューション(例:オートディスパッチ〈AD〉)の中長期戦略設計から日々の機能改善まで、プロダクト全体の意思決定をリードしていただきます。

【具体的には】

■ プロダクト戦略・ロードマップ

・市場/顧客課題の特定、プロダクトビジョンとロードマップの策定・更新

・KPI設計(例:マッチング率、導入リードタイム等)と継続的な改善サイクルの運用

■ ディスカバリー/要件定義

・現場観察・業務ヒアリング、データ分析に基づく課題仮説の構築

・ユーザーストーリー/PRD作成、外部設計と内部設計の橋渡し

・営業/CS/マーケと協働した機能要件定義

・機能優先度付けとスコープ管理

■ デリバリー/品質・運用

・プロダクト開発計画の立案

・プロダクト開発の進行/進捗管理、リリース計画と品質基準の定義

・リリース計画に基づくローンチ

・ログ/メトリクスに基づく効果検証、プロダクトヘルスレビュー

・セキュリティ/コンプライアンスを踏まえた仕様運用(大手物流元請企業応含む)

■ ステークホルダー/Go-To-Market

・営業/CS/マーケと協働したPoCー商用展開、提案・デモ・顧客導入の支援

・大規模顧客やパートナー(物流元請企業等)との要件調整

・顧客サポート/プロダクト運用の設計・構築

・問い合わせ・不具合の優先度判断とエスカレーション判断

【求める人材】

・ B2BSaaSにおけるPdMとしての実務経験(目安3年以上)

・ 物流/運送/SCM領域の業務SaaSでのPdMまたはプロジェクト責任者の経験

・ PRD作成、KPI設計、優先度付け、リリース、運用までの一連の実務経験

・ プロダクトに関わる定量分析の基礎

・ 日本語での高いドキュメンテーション/ファシリテーション力

【歓迎】

・ロジスティクス実務知見(配車、幹線運行、需要平準化 等)

・大規模エンタープライズ案件の導入経験・プロダクトマーケ/価格設計、PL観点での意思決定経験

・PMO実務経験

・ISMS対応の実務経験

・アジャイル開発での実務経験(バックログ運用、スプリント計画等)

【給与】

年収900~1300万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
