【仕事内容】

ユーザー向けの基本設計と、実装のための詳細設計を統括します。また、非機能要件(性能、セキュリティ等)の具体化と達成、アーキテクチャ方針策定と技術的意思決定を通じて、開発の生産性と品質の両立を実現します。

【具体的には】

・基本設計の主導:システム構成の設計、機能設計、データモデル設計、画面・帳票・連携IFの設計、

ユーザーフロー/画面遷移図の作成、基本設計レビューの運用

・詳細設計の主導:サブシステム/モジュール分割、ERD/スキーマ設計、データライフサイクル設計、

処理・例外・再実行設計、詳細設計レビュー/ソースコードレビューの運用

・アーキテクチャ設計:API境界、ジョブ/バッチの粒度、整合性・冪等性の方針、

データ品質・監査可能性の確保、アーキテクチャ設計レビューの運用

・非機能要件の具体化:性能/可用性/セキュリティ/運用・監視の設計と検証(負荷試験計画含む)

・PL業務:WBS策定、実装計画・運用、品質ゲートの管理、タスク/進捗管理、

リスク・ 課題の管理およびエスカレーション

・ステークホルダー連携:営業・プロジェクト推進部との連携による要件トレーサビリティの担保

物流業界は巨大な産業(市場規模約25兆円)でありがなら、約30年間大きなイノベーションは起きていません。物流業界は多重下請け構造となっており、下請けになればなるほど非効率・重労働・低賃金の傾向が強まっています。また、未だに紙やホワイトボードでの配車管理が主流であるなど、業界全体としてデジタル化に大きく遅れをとっています。さらに、人手不足や物価の高騰といった社会的課題も重なり、2030年までに現在の約3割の荷物が運べなくなるといわれています。

【求める人材】

・ 要件整理・合意形成を元に、基本設計/詳細設計の主担当経験3年以上(3~10名規模、見積・進行・進捗・品質管理)

・ Webアプリケーション開発の実務経験5年以上(言語不問/実装~設計~運用の一連の経験)

・ Git/GitHubでの開発管理・レビュー運用

・ RDB設計

・ WebAPI設計(REST)

【歓迎】

・ 物流・配車・運行管理領域の業務知識/データ連携(CSV/EDI/OCR等)の実務

・ AWSでのアーキ設計・コスト最適化、DevOpsの経験、監視/運用設計(CloudWatch等)

・ フロント(React/TypeScript)+サーバサイド等)のフルスタック志向

・ アジャイル/ウォーターフォールのハイブリッド運用、契約テスト/CIの実務

・ エンジニア育成・採用・技術広報の経験

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
