その中で、Customer Success部門は、NetSuiteの導入や、導入後の最適化を支援するコンサルティングチームです。SuiteSuccessというNetSuiteのベストプラクティスに沿った導入手法での導入支援や、ACSという稼働後の最適化を支援するサービスを提供し、導入プロジェクトの成功、及び、稼働後の顧客ビジネスの成功を支援しています。
Job Description/ 職務内容
広範な業界やソリューションに関してのベストプラクティス、複数のビジネスプロセスまたは技術的な設計に精通した経験豊富なコンサルティングのプロフェッショナルです。このポジションでは、独立して質の高い成果物をプロジェクトに提供し、NetSuiteのベストプラクティスに基づき顧客のニーズを満たすために、複雑で多岐にわたる業務を遂行します。NetSuiteの導入方法論やプロジェクト管理手法に準拠し、ベストプラクティスを適用しながら業務を行います。
主に、NetSuite ERPの機能を基にした機能的および技術的なソリューションを提供し、顧客とのプロジェクトにおいてその専門知識を発揮します。時間と予算の制約の中で高品質な統合ソフトウェアソリューションを実現するために、ソリューション設計および実装レビューのリードを行うこともあります。また、プロジェクトのチームリーダーとして、チームメンバーのスキル向上をサポートし、指導やフィードバックを提供します。顧客組織の管理者とのコミュニケーションも担当し、ビジネス開発活動にも参加します。比較的複雑なプロジェクトに対して詳細なソリューションを設計し、リードします。
このポジションでは、6~8年以上のビジネス経験と、3~4年以上のERPコンサルティング経験が望まれます。学士号または同等の経験があると尚良いです。効果的なコミュニケーション能力、チームメンバーやクライアントと良好な関係を築く能力、必要に応じて出張できる柔軟性が求められます。

ERP Delivery / Implementation
コンサルタントは、顧客と直接協力して彼らの業務要件を文書化し、検証し、それをNetSuiteの機能にマッピングする責任を負います。また、顧客の業務要件を満たすために、NetSuiteアプリケーションの設定およびカスタマイズを行います。コンサルタントは、リモートまたは対面での顧客とのセッションを実施し、プロジェクト会議に参加し、活動や成果物の進捗状況を報告する必要があります。必要に応じてコンサルティングおよび一般的な支援を提供し、特定の機能領域における「頼りになる」リソースとして顧客に対応します。コンサルタントは、NetSuiteでのソリューションリポジトリやベストプラクティス、ナレッジ共有活動に貢献することが期待されています。
Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など
1.3年以上のERPコンサルタント、または、ERP、CRM、SCM、EPMなどを含む業務システム/アプリケーションのコンサルティングの経験(要件定義、Fit&Gap、カスタマイズ設計、開発物レビュー、テスト、ミーティングファシリテーション、顧客折衝、適切なコミュニケーション及びステークホルダーとの信頼関係の構築)
システム開発に関する知識と経験
財務会計、管理会計、業績管理等のいずれかに関する知識と経験
IT/サービス/卸売流通/小売/製造のいずれかに関する業界知識と経験
高いコミュニケーション能力(傾聴力、及び、本質を問う質問力、及び、他者を巻き込みリードする発言力)
英語スキル(リーディング、ライティング)
Want/歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格など
NetSuiteの導入、コンサルティングの経験
EPBCS(Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Service)またはHyperionの導入コンサルティングの経験
ERP導入におけるプロジェクトリーダー以上の経験
4.2年以上のCustomer Success Managerの経験
日商簿記二級以上または同等レベルの会計知識
英語スキル(日常英会話、ビジネス英会話可能なレベル)
