プリンシパル・テクニカル・コンサルタントは、Workdayの導入プロジェクトにおいて、複雑な技術的課題を解決し、高度なソリューション設計と開発を主導する上級の専門家です。クライアントと密接に連携し、ビジネス要件をWorkdayの技術的ソリューション(統合、データ変換、レポート、セキュリティ設定など)に落とし込み、プロジェクトの成功とクライアントの満足度を最高レベルで達成することに貢献します。また、社内外のジュニアコンサルタントに対する指導的役割も担います。

About the Role

1.システム間でのデータ連携ソリューションの要件定義・設計・開発

• Workdayのデータ連携機能に関する専門知識を活かし、顧客および外部ベンダーの要件を満たすソリューションを設計、開発、導入いただきます。
• データ連携に関するWorkdayのセキュリティの設計を行い、データ機密性とコンプライアンスの遵守を支援します。

2. プロジェクトリーダーシップとアドバイザリー

• リーダーとしてプロジェクトチームを牽引し、プロジェクトのタイムラインと品質基準の達成を確実なものにします。
• 顧客のエグゼクティブレベルのステークホルダーや技術チームに対し、Workdayデータ連携の専門家として、Workdayデータ連携ソリューションのベストプラクティスや技術的な観点からのアドバイスを提供します。
• 導入計画、要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、本番移行といったソフトウェア導入の全ライフサイクルにおける技術的な側面を実行・支援します。
• リスクと依存関係を予測し、技術的な問題を主体的に解決してプロジェクトの成功を支援します。

3. 品質保証と知識移転

• 開発されたソリューションのテスト(単体テスト、結合テスト、UATサポート)を支援し、仕様に対する正確性と整合性を検証します。
• 顧客の技術チームに対し、Workdayソリューションの運用・保守に関するトレーニング、ドキュメント作成、および知識移転を実施し、自立を支援します。

4. 専門知識の向上と指導

• Workdayの最新の機能、テクノロジー、ベストプラクティスについて常に最新の知識を維持し、社内での専門知識の向上に貢献します。
• ジュニアコンサルタントやシニアコンサルタントに対してメンターとしてのサポートも行っていただきます。

About You

必須要件

• 技術コンサルティング、給与/人事を繋ぐシステム間連携、もしくはそれに類似する実装経験
• Webサービス(SOAP/REST)、XML/XSLT、SQL、ETLツールなどの技術に対する高度な理解
• データ変換およびセキュリティの設計に関する豊富な経験
• 要件定義から実際の導入を含むソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル(SDLC)に関する知識
• データ精度・プログラムロジックにまたがる技術的課題を分析、診断、解決する能力
• 顧客の技術チームおよび非技術的なビジネスユーザーとの間で、技術的概念を簡潔に伝える口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力
• 複数の社内外のプロジェクトを同時に管理・実行できる能力

歓迎要件

• JavaScriptを利用したプログラミング経験
• Workday認定資格(Integration、HCM、Financialsなど)を保有していること
• Workdayの導入プロジェクトにおけるテクニカルコンサルタントとしての5年以上の経験、または類似する分野における経験
• Workday Studio、EIB、Core Connectors、Report WriterなどのWorkday統合技術に関する専門知識や実務経験
• Workday HCM、Financialsなどの機能領域のいずれかまたは複数の領域における技術的知識
• Payrollソリューションの導入経験
• プロジェクトマネージャーまたはリーダーとしての実務経験

Our Approach to Flexible Work

We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
