- アドビ製品の包括契約(ETLA)顧客向け技術的なサポート(対IT管理者)
- 管理コンソール(Admin Console)の知識を持ち、オンボーディング、ライセンスデプロイメント、アクティベーションの各段階の⽀援を⾏う
- 顧客から直接の依頼、または、顧客アカウントの営業担当者やエンゲージメント担当者と連携をしながら、ご要望に応じた実装⽀援を⾏う(コンサルティングが中⼼、開発は⾏わない)

- アドビ製品のマーケットプレイス(VIPMP)経由購⼊顧客向けの技術的な問い合わせ対応(対IT管理者、またはIT担当者)
- 管理コンソール(Admin Console)の知識を持ち、オンボーディング、ライセンスデプロイメント、アクティベーションの各段階の⽀援を⾏う
- 顧客から直接の依頼、または、仲介している販売代理店やインサイドセールス担当者と連携をしながら、技術的な問い合わせに対して回答する(コンサルティングが中⼼、開発は⾏わない)
- 1 と2の業務遂⾏に関連して以下にも対応
- Admin Console 周辺についての動作検証
- 技術関連情報に関する Education または Corp および関連チーム内からの動作検証依頼への対応
- 関連各部からの情報収集・情報蓄積、関連部⾨への情報発信やエネーブルメント
- その他、上記に関連する技術的業務への対応
- 必須スキル・経験
<必須スキル・経験>
- 5年以上の関連業務経験
- 法⼈向けシステム導⼊・アクティベーション経験(IT サポートデスク経験のみでは不可)
- Active Directory, Google ID の基礎知識
- セキュリティ関連の基礎知識
- クラウドサービスに関する基礎知識
- 新しいシステムや技術への興味関⼼、対応⼒
- 進捗管理とプロジェクトマネージメント⼒
- わかりやすい資料を作成し、相⼿に伝わるよう⼯夫してプレゼンとコミュニケーションを⾏える⼒
- ⾃主的に情報収集する姿勢とコラボレーション⼒
<⾔語要件>
- ⽇本語:ネイティブレベル必須(ビジネスに適切な正しい⽇本語が 4 技能ともに運⽤できること)
- 英語:技術関連社内資料の読解とメールやチャットによるコミュニケーションに必要(Speaking は不要、Reading と Writing は翻訳ソフトなどを活⽤して構わないが必須)

【時給】3,000〜3,300円
【通勤交通費】支給あり(上限30,000円/月)
- 就業時間
9:00〜17:30 休憩1時間、実働7時間30分
- 勤務形態
ハイブリッド。週2〜3日在宅可能。火曜・木曜は出社。その他曜日はフレキシブルに相談可能。
