WMS Technical Consultant - Japanese Speaking WMSテクニカルコンサルタント - 日本語対応
Our client, a reputable global solutions company in the IT industry, is seeking a WMS Technical Consultant - Japanese Speaking. This role offers the opportunity to engage with global customers, resolve complex issues, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve global customer issues within defined SLAs
- Document solutions and create knowledge articles
- Replicate and maintain customer environments
- Act as technical POC for customer cases
- Coordinate with teams for case resolution
- Conduct webinars on WMS solutions for customers
Qualifications
:
- Fluent in Japanese (mandatory)
- Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS and SQL
- Experience in Technical Support for enterprise applications
- Business level English is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with UNIX (Solaris, HP, AIX)
- Knowledge of WMS functionalities: Inbound/Outbound, Picking, etc.
