職務
■業務内容
ITヘルプデスクサービス(Chatbot, ITSM, Copilot..)関連における下記業務をお任せします。
・ 導入検討・実装のデリバリー案件のソリューション検討等の提案活動
・ 移行プロジェクトにおいて技術的な観点でのリードとして案件を推進する。
※デリバリーのプロジェクトについては要件定義から移行までの構築プロジェクトの技術リードが主な役割です。
※構想策定に関するプロジェクトの対応もあります。

・ ITヘルプデスクサービス関連プロジェクトにおけるデリバリー経験をお持ちの方。
※リーダー経験をお持ちの方は歓迎します。
・ ITヘルプデスクソリューション(Chatbot, ITSM, Copilot..)に関するスキル
・ プロジェクトマネジメントの一般的なスキル
・ コミュニケーション能力(プロジェクトにおいて直接お客様のリーダーとの交渉・調整ができること)
