With the advent of technologies such as Cognitive, AI, Fintech, RPA, and blockchain, there has been rapid progress in administrative efficiency in business operations and business reform.
We are looking for IT architects and project managers to support our clients in their efforts to improve their administrative efficiency, branch reform, and customer personalization in the area of customer contact. We are looking for IT architects and project managers.
We also welcome those who would like to work as IT consultants with a technical background.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position.
・High promotion/communication/coordination/proposal skills
Able to build a good relationship of trust with customers, subcontractors and other related parties, as well as internal parties (including overseas parties).
Have industry knowledge to talk with end-users as well as the system department, and be able to conduct or be motivated to absorb business analysis with end-users.
・Team Leader/Sub-Leadership Skills.
Project and task management, identification and handling of issues and concerns, member management, reporting, etc.
・IT and consulting skills
Ability to combine the most appropriate solutions and architectural studies to solve problems.
General skills in web-based systems and basic skills as an IT consultant.
