Act as a trusted advisor focused on customer success, driving projects forward based on a deep understanding of the customer's strategy.
In assigned projects, independently perform - or support customers and partners in performing - tasks related to company utilization with support from peers as needed, including:Building prototypes and conducting technical validations
Requirements definition and solution design
Reviewing key project deliverables and providing advice
Troubleshooting technical issues and proposing solutions
Configuring, building, and testing a practical platform (including integration with external systems and authentication infrastructure, declarative function configuration, and designing/implementing reusable custom development components)
Create development standards such as development guides and rules, and establish mechanisms to manage and streamline development and operational processes (e.g., CI/CD).
Communicate closely with customers and business partners to build trust and manage expectations.Collaborate with project managers, business architects, solution architects, and other roles to deliver results as a team.
Continue to acquire company expert certifications and learn new products and technologies.
Learn and leverage company's global best practices, knowledge, and methodologies, while contributing your own experience-based knowledge.
Work with global product development teams, architects, and consultants to solve customer challenges.
Share information both internally and externally, contributing to the growth of the partner ecosystem and the tech community.
