About Oracle's Global License Management Services (LMS):
Oracle LMS leads the market in audit services, building long-term, strategic customer relationships through proactive education and empowerment.
LMS Consultants support customers in licensing compliance while helping grow the overall LMS business in collaboration with diverse internal teams.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an LMS Consultant with solid experience in software license management, compliance, and risk management.
The ideal candidate will possess a legal background in intellectual property, compliance, or fraud prevention, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
You will directly interface with customers at various levels including C-level executives and technical stakeholders and act as the main Oracle authority on license compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise and educate customers regarding Oracle's software licensing policies and compliance requirements.
Lead and manage licensing audits, investigations, and resolution of compliance issues, including over-deployment, non-genuine product usage, or related risks.
Analyze data and prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and customers.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, advocating a customer-first approach in all interactions.
Collaborate across Oracle's internal functions to ensure seamless delivery of LMS services.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the LMS team.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, IT, or a related field; advanced education in legal or compliance topics is a plus.
Certified Fraud Examiner or similar compliance/cybersecurity certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong understanding of IT environments and software licensing concepts.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders from C-level executives to technical teams.
Exceptional analytical, investigation, and reporting skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to upholding compliance and governance standards.
Multilingual ability (e.g., strong English, native Japanese, basic Mandarin) is highly valued.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with international teams in a fast-paced environment.
