こちらの求人は、「シニア・コンサルタント ~ プリンシパル」(PMクラス)想定の募集です。
【職務内容】
下記のいずれか(またはいくつかの)コンサルティグ業務において、プロジェクトマネジメントおよびデリバリーを行う。
- 組織設計、組織改革、経営改革
- リーダーシップ開発、アセスメント、経営陣サクセッション、人材マネジメント
- 人事制度改革、パフォーマンスマネジメント

必須経験、スキル
- 戦略/経営/組織人事コンサルティングのご経験をお持ちの方
- 人および組織に対する強い関心をお持ちの方(直接の経験は不問)
- 四年制大卒以上
望ましい経験、スキル
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
【選考プロセス】
基本的には以下を想定しておりますが、ご経験の内容により変更となる場合があります。
- 面接選考: 日本およびAPACの関係パートナー等との面接を、4-6回程度実施予定です
- Webアセスメント:当社独自開発のもので、候補者様の志向性や、職務への適性等を多面的に分析するアセスメントです。ご職歴や想定ポジション等にあわせて、ご案内するアセスメントの内容は変わります。所要時間は、概ね60-80分前後となります。
