こちらの求人は、「シニアプリンシパル ~ パートナーレベル」(売上責任を有するクラス)想定の募集です。
【職務内容】
クライアント企業への提案営業活動
クライアント内のキーパーソン(社長や担当役員)との関係構築
クライアントとのミーティングのファシリテーション
コンサルティングプロジェクトのマネジメントあるいはデリバリーのリード(領域は以下のいずれか)
....① 組織設計、組織改革、経営改革
....② リーダシップ開発、アセスメント、エグゼクティブコーチ、人材マネジメント
....③ 人事制度改革、パフォーマンスネジメント
【求められる業務経験、スキル 】
コンサルティング業界(戦略、経営、組織人事領域)での、売上責任を負っているクラスのご経験をお持ちの方(パートナーやプリンシパル等に準ずるクラス)、または、それに近いクラスのご経験があり、その上のクラスへのチャレンジに強い意欲をお持ちの方
人および組織に対する強い関心をお持ちの方(直接のご経験は不問)
英語ビジネスレベル以上(メールや会議への参加など)
四年制大卒以上
【選考プロセス】
基本的には以下を想定しておりますが、ご経験の内容により変更となる場合があります。
面接選考: 日本およびAPACの関係パートナー等との面接を、4-6回程度実施予定です
Webアセスメント:当社独自開発のもので、候補者様の志向性や、職務への適性等を多面的に分析するアセスメントです。ご職歴や想定ポジション等にあわせて、ご案内するアセスメントの内容は変わります。所要時間は、概ね60-80分前後となります。
