顧客のDXパートナーとして、システム構想の策定から実際の導入・運用までを一気通貫でリードします。単なるツールの導入に留まらず、Salesforceを活用してお客様のビジネスを成功へ導くことが本ポジションの重要な役割となります。

アドバイザーとして、またはプライムベンダーとして、プロジェクトをサービスインまで責任を持って完遂させる役割を担います。

AIネイティブな働き方

End-to-Endの関与

構想策定から構築、定着化まで支援するため、幅広い専門スキルを習得する機会が豊富にあります。

具体的な担当領域

Salesforce Architectとして、専門性を活かしたコンサルティング業務を遂行していただきます。当初は以下いずれかのロールを担当していただく想定であり、入社時の役割については選考プロセスを通じて決定します。また、入社後には個々の能力を広げられる機会があり、習得したスキルに応じて多様な役割を担うことが可能です。

主なロール

PM (Project Manager)

プロジェクトのリーダーとして牽引し、案件を成功に導く責任者

BA (Business Architect)

ビジネス戦略、業務プロセス設計、および定着化の主導

SA (Solution Architect)

アプリケーション全体設計、データモデル、標準機能活用、マルチクラウド設計の主導

TA (Technical Architect)

インテグレーション、セキュリティ、システム・アーキテクチャ設計・構築、高度な技術実装の主導

応募要件

必須要件(Must)

実務経験

以下の領域のいずれかにおいて、5年以上の主体的な実務経験を有すること

変革デザインと戦略
ガバナンスと最適化
プロジェクト推進・実行
リーダーシップ

3年以上のチームリーダー経験(立場は問わない)

コミュニケーション能力

経営層を含む顧客と適切な意思疎通を図り、合意形成を推進できること

関連組織のメンバーに対し、敬意を払いつつ率直かつ建設的な対話ができること

基礎理解力と学習意欲

業務要件やSalesforceの技術用語、各種メソッドを短期間で理解できること

AIを効率的に活用し、継続的に学習する意欲と実行力があること

マインドセット

批判的思考(Critical Thinking)とアンラーニング(Unlearning)を実践できること

過去の成功体験に固執しすぎず、AIなどの新技術に合わせて自らの考えや方法論を柔軟に適合できること
