What You'll Doファイナンスチームに所属し、クライアントとの契約書(service agreement)作成、レビュー、また契約業務にかかるドキュメントの作成管理を担うContract Teamの中でオペレーションを担っていただく役割です。またContract Team全体のクオリティと業務効率の向上を目指し積極的にプロセス改良などにも携わって頂きます。
【業務内容】
各種業界のクライアント向けの契約書の作成、審査、交渉、その他締結のサポート等一連のオペレーションの進行管理
各種案件に関係する社内規程、社内ポリシーについての検討、助言、エスカレーション
グローバルシステムを利用した契約書の運用、管理
その他法務関連業務
What You'll Bring
【必須条件】
・大学卒業以上
・日系・外資系企業での法務関連業務の実務経験 (3年以上)
・契約書(特に業務委託契約書、IT・デジタルテクノロジー分野の契約書)の基礎知識及びレビュー、交渉スキル
・契約書実務にかかわる一通りの業務知識
・国内外の取引にかかわる基本的な知識
・英語力 ※TOEIC(R)テスト750点以上を目安
