Based in Hong Kong, the Shangri-La Group operates hotels across the Asia-Pacific region, join Shangri-La, a successful pioneer in Asian hospitality, and gain quality experience.
We are seeking a contract employee to take charge of pre-opening preparations, including handover of the building and overseeing the hard aspects of the hotel, in close coordination with our headquarters.
We welcome candidates who are proficient in both Japanese and English with experience in luxury hotel pre-opening. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Responsibilities
Coordination between the construction site (Taisei Corporation) and the head office
Manage compliance related to interior design and engineering
Liaise with relevant stakeholders and manage progress for pre-opening preparations
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role has experience in design, MEP, or project management, as well as a background in five‑star hotel construction.
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
